Tony is the Australian & New Zealand licensee for Predictive Index® (PI). He brings to the business a wide variety of experiences in the learning and development industry throughout Australia, Asia, Europe, New Zealand and the US over the past 19 years. His energetic approach of facilitating rather than training enables him to assist individuals and groups in taking greater responsibility for their own learning and hence their own ongoing development.
With a passion to assist individuals, teams and organisations to improve the quality of their performance and workplace relationships, Tony has designed and implemented a diverse range of learning experiences including management & leadership development, executive facilitation, executive coaching, team development, sales training, organisational change and strategic planning. His experience covers a broad range of industries. These include pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, energy, fast-food, banking, public sector, non-profit, franchising, insurance, marketing, building services, IT, printing and sales.
A typical programme involves several key components including researching the specific needs of each client, individual program design, facilitation sessions which actively involve all participants, action planning of strategies, and follow-up in the workplace.
