Scott first began consulting 11 years ago and has successfully designed and delivered business and learning strategies for a wide variety of organisations.

Scott has a fascination with what drives and motivates people. He enjoys working with individuals, teams and organisations to create change in processes, thoughts, attitudes and behaviours.

Scott has successfully delivered business and performance solutions for management across a number of industries including retail, resources, construction, government and finance having worked with Woodside, Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Flight Centre, Mirvac, AFG, GESB and the Australian Defence Forces.

Scott is also an experienced facilitator working with groups to build engagement, alignment and capability through leadership and team development.

Scott is a self-diagnosed sports tragic, who loves travelling and chewing through a good book. He speaks Spanish badly. In his spare time Scott also enjoys working with people who are disadvantaged.
