Rachel is a passionate and experienced senior Human Resources generalist who has worked in a range of industries including Retail, Information Technology, Education, Automotive, Transport, Construction, Not-for-Profit, Contact Centre, Mining, Manufacturing and Outsourcing sectors. She has tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and Occupational Health and Safety, and over 15 years’ experience in generalist roles as a senior leader, consultant and key part of management teams.
Rachel has actively given back to the HR community through her voluntary mentoring of junior HR practitioners since 2014. In addition, she has been also served the local community by being an active member of her local AFL football club committee.
One of Rachel’s key strengths includes her ability to uphold the reputation of an organisation whilst balancing the needs of individual staff during challenging and difficult times. She develops strong relationships and works effectively with leaders and employees at all levels of an organisation. Rachel is a dedicated and passionate individual with a flair for results and quality outcomes. An excellent communicator, she is able to influence change at all levels.
Based in Melbourne, Rachel is Managing Director of Organic HR offering independent Human Resources consulting and coaching. She has been a PI Associate since September 2015.
