Neil McGrechan

Neil has a 23 year career in organisation and people development.

As the founder and Director of Modal (in 1993) he has continued to follow his passion for helping create organisations where people have the ability, freedom and courage to do their best work.

Neil’s experience in the organisation development field started with a sport and recreation community development focus and grew into working with various industries and organisations to improve performance through people.

This includes working in the mining, oil & gas, financial, manufacturing, engineering and construction, transport & logistics industries. Customers include:
