Tony High

Tony is the Australian & New Zealand licensee for Predictive Index® (PI). He brings to the business a wide variety of experiences in learning and development in a broad range of industries: pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, energy, fast-food, banking, public sector, non-profit, franchising, insurance, marketing, building services, IT, printing and sales.

Odelle Brown

Originally a PI client Odelle quickly saw the value of the PI tool. With a true passion for understanding what drives people, teams and organisational behaviours Odelle is working with PI clients as an Associate to help drive efficiencies throughout the employee life cycle.

Scott Erskine

Scott has a fascination with what drives and motivates people. He enjoys working with individuals, teams and organisations to create change in processes, thoughts, attitudes and behaviours.

Andy Foy

A strong communicator, Andy works effectively to equip both managers and people to be able to perform to the best of their ability and develop strong effective cultures and organisations.

Rachel Faris-Cornwell

Rachel is MD of Organic HR. She has been a PI Associate since September 2015. Rachel is a true and sensitive HR professional and is passionate about working in conjunction with managers to ensure that the Human Resources of an organisation are in line with and working toward the long term objectives of the company.

Neil McGrechan

Neil follows his passion for helping create organisations where people have the ability, freedom and courage to do their best work. His coaching experience is extensive across all levels of organisations, in recent times focused on developing high performance executive teams and executive coaching.

Dominic Sheldrick

During the past 10 years, Dominic has worked with some of the biggest global organisations in Europe, America, Asia and Australia designing and delivering leadership development interventions with practical and applicable outcomes. Passionate about performance, he has spent the past 10 years helping organisations, teams and individuals to explore and drive towards maximising potential.

Emma Herbert

Emma is responsible for co-ordinating the businesses activities and ensuring that our clients have strong technical and administrative support.
