Predictive Index® Management System

  • Predictive Index® (PI®) – A tool for highlighting behaviours and motivating needs and drives of individuals. It is completed via a short on-line survey and provides valuable insights which can be used in an objective manner to assess new or existing staff members. The findings can be used to help find the right person for the role or to help develop and retain existing staff.
  • Performance Requirements Options (PRO) –  A job profiling tool with strong applications for internal benchmarking and job requirement definition assessment. Completed via a short on-line survey by an individual or group of stakeholders.

360 degree Feedback

  • Life Styles Inventory (LSI)  – A 360 degree feedback tool. Information is designed to instigate constructive change by highlighting the individuals behaviour within the organisation and how this impacts on others they work with.
  • Leadership Impact (LI) – A specialised 360 degree feedback tool designed for executives and organisational leaders. Designed for use with your management team, and using the same techniques and feedback strategies as LSI, this provides feedback on strategy, interaction with staff and effectiveness in their role.
  • Organisational Culture Inventory (OCI) – An Organisational Culture assessment tool used for assessing both actual and preferred work culture. The findings show what the ideal culture would be and highlights existing behavioural norms in your workplace and the impact that these can have on productivity and effectiveness. Once the differences between the preferred and current culture are known, management can take steps to direct expectations of staff towards behaviour that follows the preferred culture.

Selling Skills Assessment Tool®

  • Selling Skills Assessment Tool (SSAT) – An assessment tool for measuring the selling skills of sales teams and individuals. It takes an objective look at an individual and team’s areas of strength in the selling process and highlights areas which need improvement. This data can be used to target specific training in the sales skills and customer relationship management skills of your team.

Professional Learning Indicator®

  • Professional Learning Indicator (PLI) – An aptitude assessment tool used to assess numerical / verbal / abstract reasoning, 12 mins timed.

The Table Group – 5 Dysfunctions

  • 5 Dysfunctions of a Team – A web-based team assessment tool that helps teams better understand their susceptibility to the model found in  Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. It identifies a team’s strengths and weaknesses, as well as those areas where team members have significantly differing perspectives. The detailed report offers specific recommendations for overcoming potential dysfunction within a team.
